I,CLARA C.HANNA,of South Strabane Township, Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and understanding,do make and publish this my Last Will and Testament,hereby declaring null and void all other wills or papers in the nature thereof heretofore made by me. FIRST:I give,devise and bequeath all my estate, real,personal and mixed and wheresoever situate,in three equal shares to Beverly Swartzfeger,Florence Swart and Mary Polen,their heirs and assigns,and in equal shares;PROVIDED,HOWEVER,that if,at the time of my death,anyone or more of the above named persons shall have predeceased me,my estate aforementioned is devised and bequeathed to the survivor or survivors,in equal shares. SECOND:It is my desire that the beneficiaries of my estate place a market at my grave in the Washington Cemetery, similar to the one now on my husband's grave. THIRD:It is my desire that the beneficiaries above named divided between themselves,in agreeable shares,all of my personal effects,and I do not want a public sale of the same. It is my wish that the beneficiaries agree as to the distribution and use those items which they select. FOURTH:I presently have a policy of insurance with the Prudential Insurance Company,and it is my will that the same shall be paid into my estate and used for my burial expenses.
