LAST vITLI AND TESTATENT
I,ERNEST LINCOLN DEVORE OF the City of Monongahela,County of ~shington and
State of Pennsylvania,being of sound mind and memory,do make,publish and declare this
to be my LAST \ILL AND TESTMlliNT,in manner and form following,hereby revoking an3i will
or wills heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct all my just debts and furneral expenses be fully paid and
satisfied as soon as conveniently may be cfter my decease.
S'COND:MY entine estate,real,personal and/or mixed,of whatsoever kind
and nature and wheresoever situate of w~ich I shall die seized and Fossessed,and to
which at the time of my death I may be entitled,I hereby give,devise and bequeath to
my beloved wife,A::mA A DEVORE'absolutely and in fee simple,if she survi"ies me.In
the event that my said wife shall predecease me,then the aforesaid entirety of my estate
I hereby give,devise and bequeath to my son,ERNEST WILLIA11 DEVORE,118 Cavo Drive,
Poughkeepsie,New York,with the following exception:(Ten percent(lO%)of the income
or sale of any real property to be paid to THE FIRST CHRISTIAN CHURCH,Monongahela,Pa.)(6th st.)
In the event that rolf said wife and son shall predecease me,~hen the aforesaid entirety of
my estate I hereby give,devise and bequeath (with the same exceptions as listed for my
son)the said entirety of my estate in equal and absolute shares to those children 0=my
s~id son who may be living at the time of MY death.
THIRD:AND I do hereby make,constitute and appoint my said beloved wife,
ANNA A DEVORE,to be the "Executrix of this my LAST \,TILL AND TESTAM8!1IT,to serve liithout
furnishing bond.In the event that my said wife does not survive me,then I do hereby
make,constitute and appoint my said son,E~nest William Devore,to be the Executor of
this my LAST I'llILL AND TESTAMENT,to serve without furnishing bond.
