WILL OF ROBERT E.CUNNINGHAM
I,Robert E.Cunningham,of Bridgeville R.D.1,Pennsylvania,
being of sound mind,memory and understanding,do hereby make,or-
dain,publish and declare this instrument in writing to be my Last
Will and Testament,hereby revoking and making null and void any and
all former Wills or'Testaments by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be
paid by my Executors hereinafter n~ed,as soon as conveniently may
be done after my decease.
SECOND:I give and bequeath unto Margaret Tyler,wife of Donald
Tyler,and now residing at Conneautville,Pa.,the sum of Fifty
($50.00)Dollars.
THIRD:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,of
whatsoever kind,nature or description the same may be at the time
of my death,real,personal or mixed,and wheresoever situate,I
give,devise and bequeath unto my wife,Sarah Pettry Cunningham.Should
however,my said wife,Sarah Pettry Cunningham,pre-decease me,then
and in that event,I give,devise and bequeath the same unto my son,
John Andrew Cunningham,and my daughter,Patricia Louise Cunningham,
in equal shares.
FOURTH:And Lastly,I nominate,constitute and appoint my wife,
Sarah Pettry Cunningham,and my son,John Andrew Cunningham,Executors
of this,my Last Will and Testament;and in the event my Wife,Sarah
Pettry Cunningham,should not be liVing at the time of my death,and
the property revert to my children above named,I nominate,constitute
and appoint my son,John Andrew Cunningham,Guardian for my daughter,
Patricia Louise Cunningham,during her minority.
