I,JOHN HALE,of the Borough of Burgettstown,WaShingto1
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind,memory
and understanding,do hereby make,publish and declare this my
Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking and making void any and
all other Wills by me heretofore made.
1.I give,devise and bequeath unto Kathleen Johnston,
all of my personal property and my farm of 30 acres more or less
in smith Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania.
2.All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,
I give,devise and bequeath,share and share alike,to such of
my nieces and nephews who are living at the date of my death.
3.I direct that all inheritance taxes be paid out of
my general estate.
4.I hereby appoint Samuel Goldfarb as Executor of
this my Last Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and
