and disposing mind,memory and understanding,and oons1-
dering the uncertainty of life,do therefore make,publish
and declare this to be my last WILL and TESTAMENT,in
manner and form following,that is to say:
All my property,real,personal and mixed,includ-
ing savings bonds,insurances,bank accounts,houses,lots,
etc.of whatever nature of kind,or wheresoever situate at
the time ot my decease,I do hereby give,devise and bequeath
to my wife,Maria Pletincks Oenis,and in the event of her
death to be d1v1ded equally as follows:
1/4 to John L.Vandecasty,my son
lIlt-to Erma Oen1 s Work,my daughter1/4 to Thelma G.Oen1s,my daughter
l/lt-to Harold Ritch1e,LaVerne Ritch1e and
Samuel Ritchie,my grandchildren
And lastly,I do make,constitute and appoint
Maria Pletincks Cenis and John L.Vandecasty to be the
Executors of this my last will and Testament,hereby re-
voking all former Wills and Testaments by me at any time
heretofore made,and declaring this to be my last Will
