I ington County,Pennsylvania,do make this,my Last Will and Testament,re-
voking all Wills by me at anytime heretofore made.
FIRST - I appoint as co-guardians of the estates of my minor child-
ren,born and to be born,the following persons:Eugene W.Barley,Joseph
Yurth and Louis William Hegedus.
SECOND - I give,devise and bequeath to my three (3)minor child-
ren,Alan Keith Hegedus,Judith Kay Hegedus and Joyce Lee Hegedus,all my
II property,real and personal,wheresoever found,share and share alike.
THIRI2.- I direct my Executors,hereinafter named,to convert my
I entire estate,both real and personal,into cash as soon as possible after my
