County,Pennsylvania,do hereby make my Last Will and Testament,
and revoke all Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
1.I direct the payment out of my estate of the expenses
of my illness and funeral.
2.I give,devise and bequeath all of my estate,real,
personal or mixed and wherever situate,to my sons,W.Gaylord
DeiCas,Benjamin W.DeiCas and Jack A.DeiCas,in equal shares,
their heirs and assigns forever.
3.I nominate,constitute and appoint my sons,W.Gaylord
DeiCas and Benjamin W.DeiCas,to be Executors of this my Will,and
I direct that they shall not be required to enter security in any
jurisdiction in which they may act.
