OF
AGNES BARNETT
I,Agnes Barnett,a resident of Union Township,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind and memory,
do make,pUblish and declare this my Last Will and Testament,
by revoking any and all wills by me heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral
be paid as soon after my decease as may be found convenient.
SECOND:All my real estate,I give,devise and bequeath
unto my two beloved children,Joseph Barnett and Frances Stone,
share and share alike.
THIRD:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,
I give,devise and bequeath unto all of my beloved children,name-
ly:Stanley Petros,Catherine Plinta,Charles Barnett,Sophia
Mitchell,Anna Kuchinic,Joseph Barnett and Frances Stone,share
and share alike,to be equally divided among them.
FOURTH:I hereby nominate and appoint my beloved son,
Joseph Barnett,as the Executor of this my Last Will and Testament.
