LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT I,C.N.HEWITT,of Canton Township,washington County, Pennsylvania,do hereby make my Last Will and Testament,and revo 'e all Wills by me at any time heretofore made. 1.I direct the payment out of my estate of the expenses of my illness and funeral. 2.A.ll the rest,residue and remainder of my estate, real and personal,I give,devise and bequeath to my wife, Sarah E.Hewitt,her heirs and assigns forever;but in the event my said wife predeceases me,then I direct the disposition of my estate as follows: (a)Since provision has already been made for my son,S.R.Hewitt,by giving him the farm in Wind Ridge during my life,I make no further provision in this Will for him except in the residuary clause hereinafter set forth. (b)I g~ve,devise and bequeath the home farm in Canton Township,washington County,Pennsylvania,to my daughter,Mabel H.McConnell,her heirs and assigns forever. (c)I g~ve and devise to my daughter,Pearl Hewitt, all the household goods that she may want on the home farm in Canton Township,washington County,and I expressly provide that should there be any household goods that she does not want then they are to be sold and whatever is re- ceived from the sale is to go to my three children under the terms of the residuary·clause ,hereinafter set forth. (d)I give and bequeath to my daughter,Pearl Hewitt,the sum of Two Thousand ($2,000.00)Dollars,and I in no way want this sum or any part of it to be inter- preted in any way by anyone as being a charge on the farm heretofore devised to my daughter,Mabel H.McConnell. (e)I direct that all of the farm machinery and equipment on the home farm in Canton Township be sold as soon as possible after my decease and the proceeds there- from to go to my three children under the terms of the residuary clause hereinafter set forth.
