LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,KATHERINE DeVITIS,Widow,of the Borough of
Canonsburg,Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and
disposing mind,memory and understanding,do hereby make,publish
and declare this my Last Will and Testament,and do hereby revoke
all other Wills and Codicils by me heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct my Executrices hereinafter named to pay
out of my estate all my just debts,funeral expenses and the
expense of administering my estate as soon as convenient after my
decease.
SECOND:I leave all my estate in trust to my two
Trustees,ANNA MARRA and MARIE NATALE,to be used by them for the
benefit of my daughrer,YVONNE A.DeVITIS.
They shall have the power to use the income and so much
of the principal as they deem in their sole discretion is necessa
for the needs and welfare of my said daughter,Yvonne.
THIRD:Should any balance be remaining on Yvonne's
death,then said amount shall descend to MARIE NATALE and LOUIS
POWELL,my nephew,of Houston,Pennsylvania,share and share
alike.If either of these two are deceased at the time of
Yvonne's death,then their children shall take the share which
they would have received.
FOURTH:In the event either Trustee dies or is unable
to act as Trustee,then the surviving Trustee shall name the
successor Trustee.
FINALLY,I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint ANNA
MARRA and MARIE NATALE,Executrices of this my Last Will and

Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I,KATHERINE DeVITIS,the above-+L
