NINTH:I give and bequeath to Carroll Hamilton the sum of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00),and also a feather bed and two ,pillows. THIRTEENTH:I give and bequeath to Mary Hamilton my gold cameo brooch (formerlY belonging to my mother). FOURTEENTH:I give and bequeath to Janet Hamilton, daughter of David Hamilton,my sapphire ring. FIFTEENTH:I give and devise all the real estate I may own at the time of my death to Norman E.Martin,for and during the term of his natural life,and at his death I direct my Executor,hereinafter named,to sell said real estate,and divide the proceeds as follows: (a)The 2/3rds thereof to Kathryn Martin, provided she survives Norman E.Martin.
