July 26,1937.
I,Ida B.Clyde,a resident of the Boro of Canonsburg,
Washington County,State of Pennsylvania,being of sound mind
and meMory,do make,publish and declare this my last will and
testament.
I g:ve,devise and bequeath all my estate,real,personal
and mixed,to be divided and shared equally between my three
children,Zetta Clyde McLhinney,Lena Olyde Koser and D.Roy Clyde.
The real estate is to be sold only with the consent and
agreement of any two of my three children,whereby anyone of my
children can not sell any real estate left by me without the
consent and.agreement of at least two of the three children named.
If any real estate left by me is occupied by any of my
children,as well as any other tenant,or by any of my childrens
families,they shall pay a reasonable amount of money as a
monthly rental for same.This amount to be agreed upon by my
three children,and the taxes and any and all upkeep to be paid
from'this monthly rental collected from the tenant.The rental
shall be at least enough to Day the taxes and the upkeep.
I hereby nominate and aDpoint my son,D.Roy Clyde as the
executor of my last will and testament,and I do direct that no
bond stall be required of such e~ecutor herein named.
