LAST WILL AID>TESTAMENT
OF
SARAH FRANCES :BOYER
I,Sarah Frances Boyer,of Monongahela City,Washingto.
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind,memory and
understanding,do hereby make.publish and declare my last Will and
Testament in the manner and form following hereby revoking and making
void any and all Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
First.I direct mJ executors,hereinafter named,to pay
all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon a8 conveniently may
be done after my decease.
Second.I will and bequeath unto my daughters,Harriett
dna Arnold and Sarah Elizabeth Black,my Jewelry and sil?erware.
Third.I will and bequeath unto my daughter,Sarah
~lizabeth Black.my morning glory patternRaviland China.
Fourth.I will and bequeath unto my granddaughter,Sarah
Frances Arnold.daughter of Harriett Edna Arnold,my Steinway piano.
Fifth.I will and bequeath unto my executors,hereinafter
named,my bank account in the First National Bank of Monongahela and
represented by book No.13130,to be distributed among such charitable.
religious and educational organizations,institutions and purposes as
they in their absolute discretion may determine.
Sixth.I will,devise and bequeath unto my sons,
John •Boyer and James F.Boyer,all the rest,residue and
remainder of my estate,real,personal and mixed,in Trust,to
invest the same in such investments as they in their absolute
discretion may deem proper,said trustees not to be held responsible
for any loss or losses arising from any investment or investments
they may make,and in their absolute discretion from time to time,
during the life of my husband,James H.Boyer.to pay all or any
part of the income of said trust.unto my husband,James H.Boyer,
free and clear of his debts,contracts.engagements,e.lienations
and anticipations and free and clear of all levies,allotments,
executions and sequestrations;and at the death of my husband,James
H.Boyer,the corpus of said trust,together with any accumulations
thereto and any income not paid unto my husband,James H.Boyer,
shall be distributed as follows:
(a)The sum of One Hundred ($100.00)dollars unto each
and every of my grandchildren who shall be living at the time of
the death of my husband.James H.Boyer.
(b)All the rest,residue and remainder unto my five
children,namely,Stewart Randolph Boyer,John Ernest Boyer,James
Francis Boyer,Harriett Edna Arnold and Sarah Elizabeth Black,their
heirs and assigns forever,ahare and share alike.
Seventh.I do nominate.constitute and appoint my sons,
John E.Boyer and James F.!oyer,the executors of this,my last
Will and Testament.
