being of sound mind and memory and understanding,do hereby make,publish and declare this to be my Last
Will and Testament,in manner and form following,hereby revoking'any will or wills heretofore made by me.
First.I direct that all expenses attributable to my last illness and funeral be fully paid and satisfied,as
soon as conveniently may be,after my decease.
Second.I give,bequeath and devise all of my lease hold interests,
including wells,equipment and supplies to my beloved children,Robert
E.Dunn and Dorothy D.Dunn,as tenants in common.
Third.The balance and remainder of my estate,real,personal and
mixed,I give,bequeath and devise to my beloved daughter,Dorothy D.
