LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF CHARLES R.HOLMES
I,CHARLES R.HO~IES,of the Borough of Claysville,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and deposing mind and memory,
do hereby declare this to be my last will and testament,hereby
revoking all former wills,codicils and testamentary writings by me
!heretofore made.
i FIRST:'I give and bequeath to Charles L.McDonough the sum of
two thousand five hundred &00/100 ($2,500.00)dollars.
SECOND:I give and bequeath to Mary G.McDonough,of Claysville,
Pennsylvania,the sum of one thousand ($1,000.00)dollars.
THIRD:I give,devise and bequeath to Charles L.McDonough and
Mary G.McDonough,his wife,their heirs and assigns forever,my
dwelling house and lot at No.241,Wayne Street,Claysville,
Pennsylvania,together with all of the household furnishings there'n
contained,my automobile and all the shares of corporate stock in
the American Telephone &Telegraph Company and in the American Sug r
Refining Company of which r die seized.
FOURTH:I give,devise and bequeath all the residue and remainde
of my estate,real,personal and mixed,of whatever kind and
wheresoever situate,to my following named nieces in equal shares:
Myrtle Holmes Hawk and Lillie Holmes Furlong.
FIFTH:All estate,inheritance,legacy,succession or transfer
taxes (including any interest and penalties thereon)imposed by a
domestic or foreign laws now or hereafter in force with respect t
all property taxable under such laws by reason of my death,wheth
or not such property passes under this my will and whether such,
taxes be payable by my estate or by any recipient of any such
property shall be paid by my executor out of my general estate as
part of the expenses of the administration thereof with no right
of reimbursement from any recipient of any such property.
SIXTH:I nominate,constitute and appoint,Charles L.McDonough,
Executor of this my Last Will and Testament.
In Witness vfuereof,I hereby set my hand and seal,this I~
day of April,1961.
The foregoing instrument was signed,sealed,published and
declared as and for the Last Will and Testament of the above
Testator,in our presence,who,at his request,in his presence
and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our
names as witnesses.
