I,VELMA Day,of South Strabane Tovmship,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,belllg of sound mind,memory and understanding,do hereby
~ake and p.blish this,my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking all
wills by me at any time heretofore made.
IT~1 1.I direct my Executors hereinafter named to pay my
just debts and funeral expenses as soon as convenient after my deat~,
and I direct that my remains be interred in the plot of my Father,S.
Lliln Day in Prosperity Cemetery,Prosperity,Pa.I further direct my
Fxecutors to erect a proper marker at my grave and to provide for
perpetual care for the family plot.
I~1 2.All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,
of wh3tever kind and wherever si~late,I give,devise and bequeath in
equal shares lmto my three nephews,ROBERT L.DAY,LAURENCE L.DAY and
LLOYD L.CRAFT and my niece,MARGARETHA DAY ROGERS.
