LAST WILL AND TESTAl~
I,HERMAN BAIER,of Robinson Township,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,being of sound mind and memory,do hereby make
publish and declare this to be my last will and testament,in.
~ner and form following,hereby revoking any will or wills
heretofore made by me.
FIRST:I direct all my just debts and funeral expenses be
fully paid and staisfied,as soon as conveniently may be
after my decease.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife,
Pauline Baier,all my estate,real,personal and mixed,of
whatsoever nature and wheresoever the same may be situate at the
time of my death,to }-,ave and to hold aboslutely forever.In
the event that my beloved wife pre-deceases me,then,I give
devise and bequeath all my estate to my three children,namely,
Elizabeth Mclnt0sh,William ~aier and Charles Baier,share
and share alike.
THIRD:I hereby nominate,consitute and appoint my beloved
wife,the said Pauline Baier,to be executrix of this my last
will and testament,she to administer the same without bond.
IN WITNESS {HEREOF,I have hereunto subscribed my name
and affixed my seal this /~day of March,A.D.1942.
