LAST WILL AND TESTAM~NT
II RUTH M.DAVIES,of the Borough of Charleroi,Washington
County,Pennsy:varia,being of sound mind and memory,do hereby
make,publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,
hereby revoking and making void any and all Wills by me at any
time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all of my just debts and the ex-
penses of my funeral be paid.I direct that all inheritances,
succession and estate taxes assessed because of my death,whether
the property cr funds to which such taxes are attributable pass
under this my Will or not,be borne by the principal of my
residuary estcte and that my Executor payor provide for the
payment of such taxes at such time or times and in such manner
as he deems to be convenient.
SECOND:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,
real,personal or mixed ,of whatsoever nature and wheresoever
situate at th2 time of my death,I give,devise and bequeath to my
son,HAROLD C.DAVIES;per stirpes.
THIRD:I ~ereby nominate,constitute and appoint my sun,
HAROLD C.DAVIES,as the Executor of this,my Last will and
Testament.Should my said son predecease me,or,for any reason
whatsoever,be unable to seLve,then I nominate,constitute and
appoint my daughter-in-law,ELIZABETH DAVIES,to serve as Executri
in his stead.The personal representative above named,or his
successor,shall not be required to enter bond or security of
any nature i~any jurisdiction in which he may act.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and seal
to this,my Las"':.will and Testament,consisting of two (2)
