LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,EPHRAIM BYERS,of the Borough of Canonsburg,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and dis-
posing mind,memory and understanding,do hereby make,
publish and declare this to be my Last Will and
Testament,hereby revoking any and all wills by me
heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all real estate of which
I may die seized shall be sold by my executrix,hereinafter
named,at either public or private sale,at such price or
prices,to such person or persons,at such time or times,
and upon such terms and conditions as my executrix shall
deem to the best interest of my estate,and I direct that
the funds received 'from the said sale of my real estate
shall be merged with my personal estate and distributed
by my said executrix as personal estate.
SECOND:I direct that all my just debts,
funeral expenses and the expense of administering my estate
be paid by my executrix hereinafter named as soon after my
decease as may be practicable.
THIRD:All the rest,residue and remainder
of my estate I give and bequeath unto my three children,
namely:ALAN CRAMER BYERS,ROBERT CUMMINS BYERS,and SARA
ANNE SCHREIBER,share and share alike.
FINALLY,I nominate,constitute and appoint my
daughter,SARA ANNE SCHREIBER,to be executrix of this my
Last Will and Testament.
