LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF ELIZABETH GARRETT HUGHES.
I,ELIZABETH GARRETT HUGHES,of the Borough of Ingram,County
of Allegheny and state of Pennsylvania,do hereby make,publish and deolare
this my last will and testament,hereby revoking any and all wills by me
heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses
be paid by my executor hereinafter named as soon as conveniient after my
deoease.
SECOND:I bequeath and devise unto my husband Henry W.Hughes,
provided he survives me sixty days (60),my entire estate of whatsoever
nature and wheresoever situate.If,however,he should die before me or
should not survive me sixty days (60),I bequeath and devise my entire
estate to my daughter.Tirzah B.Hughes.
I constitute and appoint my said husband,Henry W.Hughes,
the exeoutor of this my last will and testament.In the event of the
death of my said husband either before or after he has qualified as
executor,I appoint my said daughter,Tirzah B.Hughes.the exeoutrix
of this 1lf1 last will and testament.
