Said property is located on the Pigeon Creek Road back of the race
tract near Monongahela,Pennsylvania.

I,ANTON BUTKUS,of Carroll Township,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,do hereby make,publish and declare this to be my last
will and testament,hereby revoking and making void each and every
former will,and all former wills,by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:-I order and direct my Executrix,hereinafter named,
to pay all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as conveniently
may be done after my decease.
SECOND:-I give,bequeath and devise all my property and
estate,real,personal and mixed,of every kind and nature,whereso-
ever situate,to my wife,Julia Butkus,and to my daughter,Ellen
Butkus,share and share alike,their heirs and assigns forever,abso-
lutely and in fee simple.
TqIRD:-I nominate,constitute and appoint my daughter,
ELLEN BUTKUS,Executrix of this my last will and testament.
