BE IT REMEMBERED that I,ANNA HERRINGS,widow,of
Donora,Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory
and understanding,do hereby make,publish and declare this as and for
my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking and making null and void
any and all wills and testaments,or writings in the nature thereof,by
me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I give,devise and bequeath all of my estate,whether
real,personal or mixed,and wheresoever the same may be situate,unto
my daughter,Elizabeth Smider.
SECOND:In the event that my daughter,Elizabeth Smider,
does not survive me,then I give,devise and bequeath all of my estate to
my grandchildren,Theodore Smider and Edna Smider Eddy,share and
share alike.
THIRD:I nominate and appoint as Executrix of this my Last
Will and Testament my daughter,Elizabeth Smider.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and seal
this l.'~day of November,1957.

testatrix as and for her Last Will and Testament,in the presence of us,
