LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

I,MARY DEL VECCHIO,of the Borough of Canonsburg,Wash-
ington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and under
standing,do hereby make,publish and declare this to be my Last
Will and Testament,hereby revoking and making void all former
Wills or Codicils by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct and order that all my just debts and
funeral expenses shall by my Executor hereinafter named,be paid
out of my estate as soon after my decease as shall by him be found
convenient.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath all of my property,
be it real,personal or mixed,whether acquired before or after the
execution of this Will,to my beloved children,ANGELO DEL VECCHIO
and AMELIA VERAKIS,equally share and share alike.
THIRD:I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint Angelo
Del Vecchio,as Executor of this Will.
