followss
That he is Trust Offioer of The First National Bank at Or-
lando a duly organized oorporation under the laws of the United
States of Amerioa.with its prinoipa1 plaoe of business in Orlando,
Florida;that said The First National Bank at Orlando is Exeoutor
of the Estate of James C.Bogard who died September 6,1949,a resi-
dent of Orlando,Orange County,Florida;
That The First National Bank at Orlando desires to assign or
transfer and oolleot inoome upon,any and all loans,stooks,bonds
or mortgages or enter satisfaotion of any suoh mortgages as may be-
long to or stand in the name of the deoedent 100ated in the Common-
wealth of Pennsylvania;
That deoedent 1s not indebted to any person 1n the Common-
wealth of Pennsylvania,and that the proposed transfer,assignment,
reoeipt,entry of satisfaotion,withdrawal of agenoy aooount or
moneys,1s not made for the purpose of removing any assets of said
deoedent beyond the reaoh of any of the oreditors in the Commonwealth
of Pennsylnnb.
