being of sound mi'Jl,d,memory and understanding,do make and publish this my last Will and
Testament,hereby revoking and making void all former WWs by me at any time heretofore made,
I here9y direct that all my funeral expenses,and any other amounts
owing be paid as soon as possible a~f~t~e~r~m~y_d~·e~c~e~a~s~e~.___
I give and bequeath a lot of ground consisting of 1.023 acres situated
in Somerset Township,Washington County"Pennsylvania,to my son,Fred C.
Henderson.I also direct that any remaining personalty or real property of
whatever it may consist,to be diviied equally between my wife,Mary Henoierson,
my son,Fred.C.Henderson,and my daughter,Mrs.Ella Stalmaker.
