I,W.LEE COWDEN of Mt.Pleasant To~nshiF,V~shington County,Pennsylvania,
do make and publish this my last Will and Testament herebY revoking and
annulling any and all wills by me at any time heretofore made.
1.I direct my Executors hereinafter named to ay all my just debts
and funeral eXFenses as soon after my decease as convenient.
2.I give,devise and bequeath all the rest,residue and remainder
of my estate,real,personal and mixed,to my ~ife,Winnie Cowden for and
during the term of her ne:.tural life.
3.At the death of my said wife,I hereby authorize,em'ower and direct
my Executors hereinafter named to sell and convey any and all real estate
which may be standing in the name of my estate at either public or private
sale at such time and at such Frices as to them may seem most advantageous
I for my estate and I do hereby give,devise and bequeath the amounts received
from the sale of my said real estate together ~ith any personal estate
which has not been consumed by my said wife to my eight children to each the
1/8th thereof.
I hereby nominate,constitute and apfoint my son,Thomas R.Cowden
and my daughter,Harriett Rachel Hill,Executors of this my last Will and
Testament.
Witness my hand and seal this 21st day of January,1948.
