LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

I,SUE M.CORT,of 20 Fairmont Avenue,in the City and County of
Washington,State of Pennsylvania,do hereby make,publish and declare this
my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking any wills by me at any time
heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and the expenses of my
last illness,if any,and of my funeral and interment be paid by my
Executrix as soon as conveniently may be done after my death.
SECOND:Being desirous of assuring to my son,Joseph T.Cort,a fund
aggregating $10,000 to assist him in providing a higher education for his two
daughters,Susan and Joan,and having heretofore named my said son as First
Contingent beneficiary under Supplementary Contract No.19,598 with
Phoenix Mutual Life Insurance Company,dated October 31,1951,making
provision for payment of the proceeds of Policy No.402,702A on the life of
my late husband,John S.Cort,and having further designated my said son as
Beneficiary of Metropolitan Life Insurance Company Policy No.462l649A in
the sum of $1,000 on my life,I hereby give and bequeath to my said son,
Joseph T.Cort,such sum of money as will,when added to the sums payable to
him on my death under the said Supplemental Contract No.19,598 and Policy
No.402,702A,aggregate $10,000.
THIRD:All the rest,residue and remainder of my property,real and
personal and wherever situate,I give,devise and bequeath to my three
remaining children,Edith Cort Shelton,of Washington,Pennsylvania,
David A.Cort,of Mt.lebanon Township,Allegheny County,Pennsylvania,and
John Shaw Cort,Jr.,of West Caldwell,New Jersey,in three equal shares.

FOURTH:I hereby appoint my daughter,Edith C.Shelton,Executrix of
this my Will.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and seal this
O~~day of August,1952.

above named,as and for her Last Will and Testament in the presence of us,
who,at her request,in her presence and in the presence of each other,
have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
