I,George E.Barth,of Centerville Borough,Washington
county,Pennsylvan'l ,being of sound mind,memory and understand-
ing,hereby make,ordain,publish and declare this to be my last
Will and Testament.
FIRST:I give,devise,and bequeath to my son-in-law,George Mucha
of Richeyville,Pa.my dwelling house,being house Number 219 in
the Jones &Laughlin Plan of Lots of Richeyville,Centerville Boro
Washington County,Pennsylvania.
SFCrND:I will,give,devise and bequeath to my children,namely,
George H.Barth,Jr.,Mrs.Janet Barth Russell,June Barth Mucho
all the remainder of my estate,of whatsoever kind and wheresoever
found,said balance consisting Insurance,Bank Account,Burniture
This balance of my estate is to be divided equally among my said
three children,ahare and share alike or equal.
THIRD:I make,constitute,and appoint my son,George H,Barth,Jr.
to br my Executor of this,my last 17ill and 'I'estarnent,to serve
without bond.of thlS y Last Will and Testament.
