LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
of
Donald R.Hart
I,Donald R.Hart,residing at 7 Wilmont Avenue,Borough of
East Washington,Washington County,Pennsylvania,do make this my
Last Will and Testament and hereby revoke all former Wills by me
at any time heretofore made.
1.I request my executors hereinafter named to pay all my
just debts and funeral expenses.
2.I give,devise and bequeath my property located at No.7
Wilmont Avenue to my sister-in-law,Annie Laura Wharton,and to my
two nieces,Mary Carolyn Wharton and Annie Laura Wharton,in equal
one third shares,their heirs and assigns forever.
3.I give,devise and bequeath my property known as Nos.780
and 790 West Chestnut Street,Washington County,Pennsylvania,to
Paul J.Martin and Alberta Martin,their heirs and assigns forever
4.I give and bequeath to the Washington Cemetery Company
the sum of Five Hundred ($500.00)Dollars to be used for the care
of my lot and the placing of flowers at Christmas time and at
Memorial Day.
5.I direct my executors to provide a burial similar to my
deceased wifes',and to place a Marker,the same as is on the lot,
at my grave.
6.I give and bequeath the sum of Five Hundred ($500.00)
Dollars each to Washington &Jefferson College and the Third
Presbyterian Church of V'ashington,Pennsylvania.
7.I give and bequeath the sum of One Hundred ($100.00)to
residing at
my secretary Geraldine Rosello.
8.I give and bequeath the law books and office furniture
at No.12 Court Square Arcade,Washington,Pennsylvania,to my
associate,Frank E.Pireaux.
9.All the rest,residu8 and remainder of my estate,whether
real or personal,I give,devise and bequeath to my sister-in-law,
Annie Laura Wharton,and my brother-in-law,Paul J.Martin,in
equal one-third shares,and the remaining one-third share to the
children of my sister-in-law,Annie LatU'a \/Vharton,and my niece,
Eileen Martin,in equal shar0s,their heirs and assigns forever.
10.I nominate,constitute and appoint Carolyn Wharton and
paul J.Martin to be the Executors of this my Will.
In Witness ~fuereof,I have set my hand and seal to this my
Last ~ill and Testament,this 15tb day of September,195 •
Signed,sealed,published and declared by Donald R.Hart,the
above named testator,as and for his Last Will and Testament,in
the presence of us,who at his request,in his presence,and in
the presence of each other,all being present at the same time,
have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
