I First.I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be fully paid and satisfied,as soon
as conveniently may be,after my decease.
Second:I bequeath all my lands,tenements and hereditaments,
and all my household furniture,ready money,securities for money
money secured by life insurance,goods and chattels and all other
parts of my real and personal estate and effects whatsoever and
wheresoever unto my neice,Romaine Weaver for her use and benefit.
Should Romaine Weaver pre-decease me all of above grant is to go
to mv sister in law,Lucy Weaver.
