LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
of
CARMEL DUMANN
I,CARMEL DUMANN,of Cecil,Cecil Township,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,do hereby make,pUblish,and declare the following
as and for my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking any Will or
Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
Item 1:I direct the payment of my just debts and funeral
expenses as soon as may be convenient after my decease.
Item 2:I give,devise,and bequeath all of my estate,wheth r
real,personal or mixed,of whatsoever character,and wheresoever
situate,to my husband,Harry Dumann,for and during the term of
his natural life.
Item 3:At the date of death of my husband,I give,devise
and bequeath,all of my estate,real,personal,and mixed,of
whatsoever character and wheresoever situate,to my sister :ulia
Turiczek,and to my brother Ernest Grillo,in equal shares.
Item 4:Should either my sister,Julia Turiczek,or my
brother,Ernest Grillo,predecease me or my husband,then I give,
devise and bequeath tte share of said deceased brother or s:ster
to their issue in equal shares.
Item 5:
Harry Dumann,
serve without
I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint my ~usband
as executor of this my Last Will and Testament,to i
bond in any jurisdiction in which he may be required
to act;but should my said husband not be living at the time of
my death,then,I nominate,constitute and appoint my sister Julia
Turiczek and my brother Ernest Grillo as executors of this my Last
Will and Testament to serve without bond in any jurisdiction in
