FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid as soon after my decease as may bef~und convenien . SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath to my daughter, Bessie Herron Osborn,presently living at 229 Lincoln Avenue, Havertown,Pennsylvania,the sum of Six Thousand ($6,000.00) to be held in trust for the education of my grandson,Hayler Osborn.The said Trustee shall hold and manage the property,inve t and reinvest the same in such loans,stocks,bonds,securities and real estate as she may deem proper and suitable without being re- stricted to any class of investments,and is hereby instructed to pay for the education of the said Hayler Herron Osborn at any college or university which the said Hayler Herron Osborn may prefer with power and direction to use the principal and income and to exhaust the same for the purposes hereinabove stated.The said trust shall terminate when the said Hayler Herron Osborn shal have reached his twenty-first birthday,and whatever funds,both corpus and income,which are then in said trust shall be paid to the said Hayler Herron Osborn to be h&s absolutely,or if the said Hayler Herron Osborn should die before he reaches his twenty-first birthday,the trust shall be terminated and all of the monies and incomes in said trust shall go to my daughter,the said Bessie Herron Osborn. '......, THIRD:The rest,residue and remainder of my estate, real,personal and mixed,of whatever nature and wheresoever situate j which I may own or have the right to dispose of at the time of my death,I give and bequeath to my daughter,Bessie Herron Osborn. FOURTH:I direct my Executrix to pay all inheritance, estate succession and legacy taxes or the transfer on any propert hereunder and to charge .such taxes as an expense of the adminis- tration. FIFTH:I hereby nominate and appoint BESSIE HERRON OSBORN of HavertownJ Pennsylvania,as the Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament and as Trustee hereunder,and I do direct' that no bond shall be required of such Executrix and Trustee.My said Executrix shall have full power at her discretion to do any and all things necessary for the complete administration of my estate,including the power to sell at public or private sale and without order of Court any real or personal property belonging to my estate.
