LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

I,PAULINE DEBELAK,of Independence Township,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,do hereby make my Last
Will and Testament,hereby revoking any and all Wills and codicils
made by me heretofore.
1.I direct my Executo~,hereinafter named,to pay all
my just debts and funer£l expenses as soon as eonvenient after my
decease.
2.I gi7e,devise and bequeath all the rest,residue
and remainder of my estate,real,personal and mixed to my husband
WILLIAM DEBELAK,if he survives me.
3.If my husband,WILLIAM DEBELAK,does not survive me,
then I give,devise and bequeath all the rest,residue and r3main-
der of my estate real,personal and mixed to my two (2)children,
in equal proportions,being ARLENE KAY MAID1ffiNT and PATRICIA LEE
KELLY.
4.I nominate,constit~te and appoint my husband,
WILLIAM DEBELAK,to be t~e Executor of this my Last Will and Testa
ment,if he survives me,if he does not survive me,then I nominat ,
constitute and appcint my daughter,ARLENE KAY MAIDMENT,to be the
E~ecutrix of this rr.y Last Will and Testament.
