I,JOHN HEGA,SF.,of the Borough of Charleroi,Wash-
ington County,~ennsylvania,being of sound mind and memory,do
make,publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,

hereby revoking any and all other Wills by me at any time hereto-
fore made.
1.I direct my Executor hereinafter named to pay and
discharge all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as may
be after my decease.
2.I give and bequeath to my daughter,Mrs.Julia
Du Jordan,my daughter,Mrs.Anna Shaffer,and my step-son,
Rudolph Minich,the sum of Three Hundred ($300.00)Dollars each.
3.All the res~t,residue and remainder of my estate,
real,personal and mixed,of whatsoever kind or nature and where-
soever situate,I give,devise and bequeath to my son,John Rega,
xx.,his heirs and assigns forever.
4.I appoint my said son,John Rega,to be the Executo.
