LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,BENJAMIN A.BUBBETT of Hanover Township,Wash-
ington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and
understanding do hereby make,publish and declare this to be my
last Will and Testament in manner and form following,hereby re-
voking and making void any Will or Wills at any time heretofore
made by me.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be fully paid and satisfied as soon as conveniently may
be after my decease.
SECOND:I hereby give,devise and bequeath all my
property,real,personal and mixed,wheresoever the same may
be found unto Bertha E.Burns of Burgettstown,Pennsylvania.
THIRD:I do hereby nominate,constitute and
appoint Bertha E.Burns to be the Executrix of this My Last ¥Jill
and Testament,without bond.
