I,JOHN DOUGLAS,of 516 Adams Avenue,Borough of West Brownsville,
I Washington County,Pennsylvania,do make,publish and declare this to be my
Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking and making void any and all wills by
me at anytime heretofore made.

I duect that my Executrix hereinafter named,pay all of my just debts
and funeral expenses as soon as maybe practicable after my decease.
As of the date of the execution of this will,my beloved son PAUL
W.DOUGLAS,one of my heirs hereinafter named,is indebted to me
in the amount of Twelve Hundred ($1200.00)Dollars.I direct that
my Executrix hereinafter named deduct from whatever share to which
my said son PAUL W.DOUGLAS may be entitled,whatever balance
of said indebtedness is owing to me at the time of my decease.In
the event however,that the amount of indebtedness exceeds the share
to which my son would be entitled,I direct that he shall be forgiven
of all such indebtedness.

I give and devise my home,including the real estate and all buildings
situate thereon,to my beloved daughter VIRGINIA M.PRISELAC
c~.d her husband WILLIAM J.PRISELAC for and during the terms
of their natural lives.Upon the decease of VIRG~IA M.PRISELAC
and WILUAM J.PRISELAC,I give and devise said property to the
following of my beloved children,or their issue,:

on September 8,1955,in Deed Book Volume 940,Page 604.
All of the rest,residue and remainder of my property,real,personal
or mixed,of which I die seized or possessed or to which I may be
entitled at my decease I give,devise,and bequeath to the following
