I make no provision in this my Last Will and Testament for my wife,Maria Chiaverini Cavasinni,for the reason that we have heretofore entered into an ante-nuptual agreement,dated March 14,1935,as the same is recorde in the Recorder's Office of Washington County,Pennsyl- vania,under date of May 21,1936,in Deed Book Vol. 605,page 284. I hereby direct that my son,Frank Cavasinni,Jr.,shall have the option or right,within a period of three months after my decease,to purchase the house and lot of ground which I own,situate at No.135 East Pike Street,in the Borough of Canonsburg,Washington County Pennsylvania,which I acquired by deed from Rowley M. Cook,et ux.,et al.,dated April 7,1920,recorded in the Recorder's Office of Washington County,Pennsylvani , in Deed Book 476,page 672,at a price to be determined and fixed by my executor hereinafter named,in the light of the prevailing market value of said property at the time of my decease;the decision of said executa as to such value to be absolute,final and conclusive. In the event that my said son exercises this option within the period of time stated,by instrument in writing addressed to my said executor,it shall,upon payment of the purchase price,execute and deliver a good and sufficient deed to my said son for the said premises.The proceeds of said sale shall not form or become part of my residuar estate,but shall be and become part of the fund to be distributed to my sons as set forth in paragraph Seventh of my v·Jill.
