LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,NELLIE M.BRICE,of the City of Washington,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,do make,publish and declare this my Last Will
and Testament,hereby revoking any and all wills by me heretofore
made.
I.I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses
be paid as soon after my decease as may be conveniently done.
II.I give,devise and bequeath all of my estate,both
real and personal,wheresoever the same may be s1tuate,to Mrs.
Josephine Smith Brown,Hudgins,Mathews County,Virginia,David Brie,
#6300 Fifth Avenue,Pittsburgh,Penn1a.,and Ruth Brice McBride,of
Phoenix,Arizona,share and share alike to be theirs absolutely.
III.It is my request that nothing in the house be dis-
turbed after my death until Josephine Smith Brown comes,into whose I
hands I commit the distribution of the same and who shall be in I
I
control of all personal property.
Lastly I hereby appoint Mathew Brown,of Mathews County,
Virginia,to be executor of this my Last Will and Testament,and
I direct that he serve without the giving of any bond.
