Last Will and Testament

Be It Remembered Th~t , I Nellie G.Hanlon,of Monongahela,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and
understanding,do make,publish and declare this as and for my last
will and testament,hereby revoking and making void any and all wills
and testaments,or writings in the nature thereof,by me at any time
heretofore made.
After payment of all just debts and funeral expenses and placing
a marker on the cemetery lot it is my will that all my property,real
estate personal,and mixed be disposed of as follows,to wit:
First:It is my will that five hundred dollars beset apart to
have have masses said in the Transfiguration Church.
Second:That two thousand dollars be put on interest in Alex-
ander's Bank allowing interest to accrue until the death of Agnes
and Beatrice Hanlon,and from that time thence the interest be used
for the perpetual care of the family lot in the cemetery.Since the.
greater part of the unused portion of this lot was purchased by
Agnes,Beatrice,Nellie G.Hanlon,I su~gest·that after Agnes Beatrice
and I have been interredthat unless a very unusual circumstance occurs
that no other burials be made there,in this way keepin~the plot as
a memorial to Dr.Torrance J.Hanlon.

Third:That all the rest of my estate I give,devise,and
bequea.th in equal.shares,to my two sisters,to wit:Agnes Hanlon and
Bee,trice Hanlon of Monongahela,Fa.to and to their proper use.
I suggest that whatever property or income of mine,if there happens
to be any,which remains at the death'of the last of the two named that
rather than dividing into small portions it be used to commemorate the
family in some way.
Fou't'th:I hereby nominate and anpoint Agnes Hanlon and Beat-
r.ice Hanlon of Monongahela,Fa.a.s executors of my last will and testa-
ment.
In witness whereof,I have set my hand and seal this fourteenth
day of June,1930.
