being of sound and disposlng mind,do make.publish and declare this,
My Last .111 and Testament,hereby revoking any will or wills hertofoJ8
made by me.
1.I direct that all my just debts and funer 1 expenses be paid as
soon as conveniently possible a.fter my death.
2.I give and bequeath to my husband,Frank M.Barber the sum of
One Hundred dollars in cash.
I give and bequeath my daughter-in-law I Katherine B.Barber the
sum of Five Dollars in caSh.
3.I give.dev1 se and bequeath to my daughter,Mrs.Ethel M.SCott I
a lot at Hanlin Station.Pa.now owned by me.known as the Allender
lot and adjoining other property of the said Ethel M.Scott.
4.All residue of my property,real or personal,I direct to be
equally divided among my surviving children viz;Ethel M.Scott,
Roscoe M.Barber and Mazi N.FUlton.;same consisting of cash in
bank,postal savings,personal items such as watches and other
jewelry except as hereinafter mentioned.
5.One half dozen sterling Silver table spoons to my son,Roscoe M.
Barber.
6.My diamond ring to my daughter,Ethel M.Scott.
As executors of thi 8 will I appoint my tklree('children I Ethel M.
scott.Roscoe M~Barber and Mazie M.Fulton.
