I,S~~UEL HOPEWELL,of the Borough of Roscoe,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind,memory,
and understanding,do make,publish and declare this to be my
Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking and making void any and
all other wills by me at any time heretofore made.

FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses shall be paid as soon as may be convenient after my
death.
SECOND:I give,devise,and bequeath my home in
Roscoe,Washington County,Pennsylvania,to my son,ARTHUR HENRY
HOPEWELL,of Roscoe,Washington County,Pennsylvania,his heirs
and assigns,forever.This paragraph shall include any house-
hold furnishings which may be in my home and owned by me at the
time of my death;at the time of the execution of this Will all
of the household furnishings are the property of my said son,
either by purchase or gift.
THIRD:I give,devise,and bequeath my former home
and the ground surrounding it in Fallowfield Township,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,to my daughter,IONA MABLE ROSS,of Fallow-
field Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,her heirs and
assigns,forever.

personal,and mixed,of whatsoever kind and nature and wheresoever I
situate at the time of my death,I give,devise,and bequeath to I
my son,ARTHUR HENRY HOPEWELL,and to my daughter,IONA MABLE
ROSS,in two equal share9,share and share alike,their heirs,and
assigns,forever.
FIFTH:I do hereby nominate,constitute and appoint
my beloved son,ARTHUR HENRY HOPEWELL and my beloved daughter,
IONA ~~BLE ROSS,to be Co-Executors of this,MY LAST WILL and
TESTAMENT.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I,SAMUEL HOPEWELL,the Testator above
named,have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal this
12th day of July,1955,A.D.
