I,WILLIAM DEBELAK,of Independence Township,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,do hereby make my Last
Will and Testament,hereby revoking any and all Wills and codicils
made by me heretofore.
1.I direct my Executrix,hereinafter named,to ?ay
all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as convenient after
my decease.
2.I give,devise and bequeath all the rest,residue
and remainder of my estate,real,personal and mixed to my wife,
PAULINE DEBELAK,if she survives me.
3.If my wife,PAULINE DEBELAK,does not survive me,
then I give,devise and bequeath all the rest,residue and remain-
der of my estate real,personal and mixed to my two (2)children,
in equal proportions,being ARLENE KAY MAIDMENT and PATRI'CIA LEE
KELLY.
4.I nominate,constitute and appoint my wife,?AULINE
DEBELAK,to be the Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament,
if she survives me,if she does not survive me,then I nominate,
constitute and appoint my daughter,ARLENE F~Y rMIDMENT,to be the
Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament.
