Will of Edna Pearl Cocain
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,that I,Edna Pearl
Cocain,of the City of Monongahela,Washington County,Pennsyl-
vania,having full legal capacity in the premises,do hereby make
this my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking and making void
any and all Wills by me at any time heretofore made,in manner and
form as follows:
1.I direct my Executor,hereinafter named,to pay
all of my just debts,funeral expenses,transfer inheritance,
succession and estate taxes for the payment of which my estate
may be lawfully liable,and the expenses of the administration of
my estate as soon after my decease as may be proper and expedient.
2.All the rest and residue of my estate,both real
and personal,and wheresoever situate or found,of which I may die
seized or possessed,or to which I may be entitled at the time of
my decease,and remaining after the payment of the several items
set forth in the preceding paragraph 1.hereof,I will,devise
and bequeath unto my sister,Martha S.Byers,and her husband,
Robert W.Byers,or the survivor thereof,in fee simple and abso-
lutely.
3.I hereby appoint my brother-in-law,Robert w.
Byers,to be the Executor of this my Last Will and Testament.In
the event that the said Robert W.Byers should predecease me,I
appoint my sister,Martha S.Byers,to be the Executrix hereof.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I,Edna Pearl Cocain,the Testatrix,
