That I,Robert M.Hall ,of Coal center
in the County OJ Washingt on and State ofPennsylvania,being ofsound
mind,memory and understanding,and considering the uncertainty of li/e,do hereby make,publish
and declare this my last Wltll and Uestament,hereby revok.ing and making void any and all
former Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid by my Execut or
hereinafter named,as soon after my decease as may be convenient.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath to my son,Robert M.Hall Jr.,my house
and lot situated in the Borough of Coal center.I,also,give to my son
Robert M.Hall Jr.the two sheds at the rear of my house and lot.II
THIRD:I give and bequeath to my remaining three children;Roland Hall,
Garnet Barli and Raymond C.Hall,all the remaining real estate and
personal property to be divided equally,share and share alike.

AND LASTLY.-Ido make,constitute and appoint ROLAND R.HALL
to be Executor of this my last Will and Testament.(Without any bond)
