LAST WILL AND TESTA~mNT
OF
ALBERTA a.BRADDOCK
I,ALBERTA M.BRADDOCK,of the City of Washington,Wash-
ington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind
and memory,tlo make,publish and declare this to be my Last Will
and Testament,hereby revoking all Wills by me heretofore made:
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral ex-
penses be paid as soon as convenient after my death.
SECOND:I give and devise to my daughter,Marion Albert
stuck,for and during the term of her natural lifetime,my home
property,being the lot and house known as No.815 Allison Avenue,
Washington,Pat and at her death,I give and devise said real esta e
to my other children,namely,Guy John Braddock,Glenn Robert
Braddock,James Shannon Braddock,Ferne Lorene Caton,and Paul
Braddock,share and share alike.
THIRD:I give and bequeath to my daughter,Marion
Alberta Stuck,all of my household goods and personal effects and
personal property.
FOURTH:All the rest and residue of my estate,real,
personal or mixed and wherever situate,I give,devise and bequeat
to my children,namely,Guy John Braddock,Glenn Robert Braddock,
James Shannon Braddock,Ferne Lorene Caton,Paul Braddock and
Marion Alberta Stuck,share and share alike.
AND LASTLY,I hereby nominate,cohstitute and appoint
my son,Glenn Robert Braddock,of McKeesport,Pa.,executor of thi
my Last Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and seal
