LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,WILLIAM T.DURHAM,of 1104 l80th Street,Spring-
field Gardens,New York City,New York,do make this my Last
Will and Testament,hereby revoking in full all Wills hereto-
fore made by me.
FIRST:I direct my Executor,hereinafter named,to
pay my debts and the expenses of my last illness and funeral.
SECOND:I give and bequeath the sum of Five Hundred
($500.00)Dollars to my sister,Isabelle Butler,of Chicago,
Illinois.
THIRD:I give and bequeath the sum of Five Hundred
($500.00)Dollars to my niece,Ruth Rogers,of Chicago,Illi-
noise
FOURTH:I give,devise,and bequeath all the rest,
residue,and remainder of my property real,personal,and
mixed,of whatsoever nature or kind,and wheresoever situate,
of which I shall die seized and possessed,or of which I shall
be entitled to dispose at my decease,in equal shares to my
four (4)children,namely,Ruth Gordon,Arthur Durham,William
T.Durham,Jr.,and Frances Johnson.
FIFTH:I nominate,constitute and appoint Love Harris,
of Washington,Pennsylvania,to be the Executor of this my Last
Will and Testament.In the event that he is unable to serve for
any reason,I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint Aubrey
Higginbotham,of washington,Pennsylvania,to be Executor of
this my Last Will and Testament.
