I,MARY E.HUBER,of the Borough of Canonsburg,Washington
county,Pennsylvania,do hereby make my Last Will and Testament
and revoke all wills by me at any time heretofore rnade.
FIRST:I direct the payment out of my estate of all my
just debts,funeral expenses,costs of administering my estate
and transfer inheritance taxes as soon as convenient after my
decease.
SECOND:I hereby give and bequeath my set of sterling
silverware to Mary Ellen Webb.
THIRD:I hereby give and bequeath my set of Haviland
China dinnerware to my sister,Eva Farrell.
FODnTH:All the rest,residue and remainder of my
property,real,personal or mixed,wheresoever situate,I will,
bequeath and devise to my husband,William Huber.
I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint the Mellon
National Bank and Trust Company as executor of this my Last
Will and Testament.
