Will of Margaret Davis
I,Margaret Davis,of the City of Monongahela,
capacity in
the premises,do hereby make this my Last Will and Testament,
hereby revoking and making void any and all Wills by me at any
time heretofore made,in manner and form as follows:
1.I direct my Executor,hereinafter named,to pay
all my just debts,funeral expenses,and the costs of the
administration of my estate as soon after my decease as may be
I proper and expedient.
I 2.All the rest and residue of my estate,both real
land personal,and wheresoever situate or found,of which I may
die seized or possessed,or to which I may be entitled at the
time of my decease,and remaining after the payment of the several
items set forth in the preceding paragraph hereof,I will,devise,
land bequeath unto my husband,George A.Davis,in fee simple and
I absolutely;provided,however,that my said husband should survive
lime in life.In the event that my said husband should predecease
me,or in the event that we should meet simultaneous deaths,then,
II and in either of said events,I will,devise,and bequeath such
residuum estate unto my children,viz:George Leo Davis,John
'Edward Davis,Paul Davis,and Jane D.Garbart,in fee simple and
absolutely,share and share alike.
II 3.I hereby appoint my husband,George A.Davis,to
Ilbe the Executor of this my Last Will and Testament.In the event
Ithat my said husband should predecease me,then,I appoint my son,
IGeorge Leo Davis,as Executor of this my Last Will and Testament.
