LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,ELLA HANNAN,of the Borough of Charleroi,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,being of s oond mind,memory and umerstand'ng
do make,publish and declare the following to be my last Will an
Testament,hereby revoking all wills by me at any time heretofor
made.
First:I direct that all my just debts and funeral expense
be fully paid and satisfied,as soon as conveniently may be afte
my decease.
Second:I direct my Executrix hereinafter named to complete
arrangements with the Howe Cemetery Aasociation to place the
Thomas Richards Lot in the Howe Ceme tery in ltperpetual care If.
Third:I direct my executrix hereinafter named to place
upon my grave a marker similar in design,construction,and
material to the marker which indicates the grave of my deceased
son,Kenneth Hannan.
Fourth:I give and bequeath all of my household goods
and personal belongings,which are located in my home,to my
daughter,WANDA HANNAN NEIL,of Charleroi,Pennsylvania.
Fifth:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,
real,personal and mixed of whatsoever nature and wheresoever
situate at the time of my death,I give,devise and bequeath
to my children,WANDA HANNAN l\fEIL,of Charlero i,Pennsy1vania;
RUTH PiliNNA DORNAN,of Corning,New York;and PAUL E.HANNAN,
of West Pike Run,~ashington County,Pennsylvania,in equal
shares,in fee simple,their heirs and assigns.

Sixth:I do hereby make,constitute and appoint my
daughter,WANDA HANNlN NEIL,of Charleroi,Pennsylvania,to be
my Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament.

named,have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my
seal the 24th day of May,in the year of our Lord one thousand
