LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,ELMA BREWER DAY,of Wind Ridge,P.O.Richhill Town-
ship,Greene County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing
mind,memory and understanding,do make,publish and declare this
my last'ill and Testament,hereby revoking and making void any and
all Wills or Wri~ings in the nature thereof by me at any time here-
tofore made.
FIRST:-It is my Will and I hereby direct that all my
just debts and f~neral expenses be fully paid and satisfied by my
executrix hereinafter named,out of the proceeds of my estate as
soon as conveniently may be after my decease.
SECOND:-After the payments as above set forth,all the
rest,residue and remainder of my estate remaining,real,personal
and mixed,of whatsoever kind or nature and wheresoever situate at
the time of my decease,I give,devise and bequeath unto my sister,
Frances Brewer and to her,her heirs and assigns,forever.
And Lastly I do nominate,constitute and appoint my
sister,Frances Brewer,to be executrix of this my Last Will and
Testament.
